In-person meeting with Himalayan Sports Club Board Members and relevant club members.
Dear Members of the Himalayan Sports Club,
We are pleased to announce an upcoming in-person meeting with the Board Members and relevant club members. This meeting will provide an opportunity for us to discuss key topics of interest and importance to the club.
The meeting will take place at Saven B 3, 2630, Taastrup, on Friday, 10-03-2023 from 18:00 to 21:00. During the meeting, we will discuss the following key topics:
- Finalising the Cricket team’s jersey: We will discuss and make a final decision on the design and colour of the team’s jersey.
- Planning and finalising upcoming team events: We will discuss upcoming team events and plan them accordingly.
- Informal club conversation: We will also have an informal conversation where we can discuss any other topics related to the club.
We encourage all relevant club members to attend this meeting and participate in the discussion. Your input and insights are valuable to the success of our club.
